Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Have you ever made cranberry sauce?  Well if you like whole cranberry sauce then you need to try this.  I loved it way better than the can (sorry Oceanspray) and so yummy with the turkey.

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 12oz. package cranberries
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. water

* Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.  Stir in cranberries.  Return to boiling.  Let simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and add to cranberries.  Stir until well mixed.  Cool to room temperature.  Cover and refrigerate until serving time.  Enjoy!
