This is one we love to eat in the fall, so yummy and so easy!
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinammon
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs and butter. In seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients and then add to pumpkin mixture and stir well. Spread in greased 15x9 pan (jelly roll size) and bake for 17-20 minutes. Let cool completely and spread cream cheese frosting on top.
