Salmon with Brown Sugar Sauce


My son loves salmon and once in a while I make it just for him.  This is his favorite way.

1 piece of Salmon
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 t. liquid smoke

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lay a piece of tin foil on a baking sheet and place salmon on it.  In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, brown sugar and liquid smoke until smooth.  Spread over salmon.  Bake for 35-45 minutes or until fish is flaky.  Serve.
