Cheesy Artichoke Dip


I made this last night for a football party (Go BSU!!) and it was a hit. 

24 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. garlic, minced

* Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Using hand mixer, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, pepper and garlic.  Stir in artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese.  Put in casserole dish and bake until bubbly.  Serve with crackers or chunks of french bread.
