Apple Juice Porkchops

I don't know about you, but sometimes I need something quick and very easy for dinner.  This is so easy to throw in the crockpot and it turned out very moist and juicy.  Because we love apple with our pork; sauteed apples, applesauce, apple juice, etc., I decided to throw these ingredients together.

4 bone-in porkchops
3 c. apple juice
1 T. minced garlic

* Put porkchops, apple juice and garlic in crockpot and cook 6-8 hours on low.  Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.  Also very good to shred and put on sandwiches.
