Sorry for the terrible picture but this tastes so good, especially this time of the year.
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 T. orange juice concentrate
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 T. sugar
2 T. orange zest
1/4 c. finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans, optional* Combine cream cheese, juice, cinnamon and sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in orange zest, cranberries and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite crackers.
