We love Fall at our house and part of what we like is following our favorite football teams (Go BYU, BSU!!). Tonight we had a party and I brought the Queso Dip, perfect for a football game, hot and yummy. My kids even liked it, atleast once I got them to try it.
1 box Velveeta, cut in small pieces
4 cans chili
1 c. salsa
tortilla chips
* Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray. In crockpot mix first three ingredients together. Leave in crockpot for 4-6 hours on low heat or until cheese is melted. Stir every once in a while to keep from sticking to sides. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
