Peanut Butter Delight


Can you see the pretty layers?  I would reccommend not making this unless you have someone to share with because you will want to eat it all yourself!  It was so tempting just sitting in the fridge.  We found this recipe on psiquilt blog.

12-14 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. whipped topping, divided
Vanilla pudding, small box
Chocolate pudding, small box
3 c. milk
10 minituare Reese's peanut butter cups

*  For layer one, put crushed graham crackers in 9x13 pan.  Melt butter and pour over crackers.  Stir to mix and smash flat to form crust.

*For layer two, in medium bowl mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.  Fold in half of the whipped topping.  Spread evenly on top of cracker crust.

*For layer three, mix vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk until smooth and layer evenly over cream cheese layer.  Put in fridge until set.

* When ready to serve, spread the rest of the whipped topping over pudding layer.  Coarsely chop Reeses peanut butter cups and spread over whipped topping.  Serve.
