Do you need something different than the regular pizza? When I get that craving I make this pizza that I found in a Pampered Chef cookbook. I love the flavors together and is a nice change. This is also great as an appetizer.
1 recipe Pizza Dough
1 T. olive oil
Hummus
Roma Tomatoes, chopped
Cucumbers, chopped
Artichoke Hearts, drained
Olives, chopped
Feta Cheese
* Make pizza dough. Roll out on your pan, brush top with olive oil and cook at 425 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
* Spread hummus over crust (I use a basic hummus with just a little bit of garlic in it). Layer with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, artichoke hearts and feta. Serve.
