Tartar Sauce


My husband loves sauces and we are constantly making up new sauces to go with our food, everything from sweet-n-sour sauce to fry sauce.  Tonight it was tartar sauce.  This one was so yummy!

1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. dill pickles, chopped fine
2 t. onion, chopped fine (can also be dehydrated)
1 T. parsley
1 T. pickle juice (from the jar)
1/4 t. garlic salt

* Mix all ingredients together and eat with your favorite fish sticks.
