Cinnamon Cream Syrup

This is a great change from your normal maple syrup and so yummy!

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. evaporated milk

*  In a medium saucepan, over medium heat combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon.  Bring to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes.  Should be thick.  Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.  Stir in milk.  Serve.
