Oh, so good! I decided to switch it up again for our pizza night and it turned out quite delicious. Thanks Jenny for the idea.
1 un-cooked pizza dough (or make one here)
1 c. ranch dressing
1 t. garlic, minced
2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
1 c. bacon, cooked and chopped in small pieces
2 c. monteray jack cheese
(feel free to add spinach leaves, mushrooms, etc.--my kids won't eat it that way)
* Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees (this temperature and the time is based on using a stone so adjust if necessary). Place pizza dough on your baking pan (or stone, my favorite). Mix ranch dressing and garlic together and spread on pizza dough. Sprinkle chicken, then bacon, then cheese over ranch dressing. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until light brown.
