Pizza Bites

This is a wonderful appetizer.  Perfect for the kids and anything really can be added to the inside.  We enjoyed these for a little get together and they hit the spot.  I found these here.

Pizza dough for 1 pizza
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed (abt. 20-24 pieces)
Sliced pepperoni
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese, grated

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan or cake pan.  Divide the pizza dough into 20-24 roughly equal sized pieces.  Take one of the dough pieces, top with a cube of cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni.  Pull dough around the edges of the pepperoni and cheese and pinch closed.  Place seam side down in the baking dish.  Repeat with remaining dough.

*  Lightly brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil.  Sprinkle with italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.  Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.  Serve warm with pizza sauce or ranch (what my kids like).

I have just tried the writemypaper net and pizza bites recipe last evening. I just don’t explain my feelings in the words that how much we all like this dish. The amazing thing is my dough come out really perfect. It was soft and crisp altogether and we all family just enjoyed these pizza bites a lot.
